If your traffic flows well, spaces are the right size for your customers, and you are not changing the building's use, repainting the existing layout is usually the straightforward option.
When a layout change is worth discussing
Consider a new layout if you have added curbside pickup, changed tenants, need different accessible parking placement, have recurring congestion at an entrance, or want to gain usable spaces.
